This is fourth highest waterfall in the world! and also one of the Best Places to visit in Meghalaya. the whole scenery is wonderful and worthy a visit. When you reached, it will bw invisible due to fog. But it will uncovered like a hidden treasure, In some time, whole valley along with falls became clearly visible and what a scene it was!

Krang Suri Falls
This waterfall is almost 90 km away from Shillong and it takes close to 3 hours to reach the falls by road. and also one of the Best Places to visit in Meghalaya.
Krang Suri is located on the other side of the state and takes a while to get to. But, these are mountains and the winding roads will stretch your time by an hour. So budget 3.5 hours to reach this place.

Niriang Falls, located around 5 kilometers away from the living root bridge. It is created by the crystal clear water of Wah Rymben River that falls 400 m into a deep green pool located amidst the thick green forest.
The waterfall is a “secret” one, as put by the local guide, because people rarely visit the place due to the difficult approach road to it. Below the main waterfall, there are two smaller ones located to its left.
The only problem one has to take care at the spot is the leeches that are stuck to the rocks below the waterfall.

This waterfall is Located in the wettest place on Earth, i.e Cherrapunjee, Nohsngithiang Falls is pure force of water making its way down the East Khasi hills to the plains of Bangladesh.

Dan-Thlen waterfall near Cherrapunji is another spectacular waterfall. It is named after the thlen or dragon living in the area. According to folklore, the villagers found the dragon and destroyed it, and ended the empire of its horror. Later his meat feast was flown. Where the snake was slaughtered is where the Dan-Thlen waterfall falls. Due to this folklore, the popularity of this waterfall increases even more.

Wah Kaba Falls

This straight sloping waterfall falls on black rocks from a height of 96 meters. The speed of its water increases even more during the rainy times and it falls with full force.
