Royal Enfield is working on several new products for India, which will be launched in the coming years. According to the report, the Chennai-based bikemaker plans to launch 3 to 4 new models by the end of 2021. Under this new scheme, Royal Enfield Classic 350 will launch the new 650cc cruiser and Hunter 350 motorcycle.
In this sequence, the upcoming Royal Enfield Hunter 350cc has been spotted during testing in Tamil Nadu. Though the point to note here is that the testing model looks like a production model, but no official announcement has been made about how long it will launch.
Royal Enfield Hunter 350 Design
The 2021 Hunter features retro-style circular headlamps, teardrop fuel tanks, single piece seats, alloy wheels, circular tail lamps with indicators and a small rear section. Along with this, you can also see a broad exhaust canister upwards in a black finish. At the same time, the company can give 17-inch front and rear wheels in this bike. Along with this, a twin-pod instrument console with tripper navigation system has also been given in this model. Which has also been seen in the Meteor 350.
The new Royal Enfield Hunter 350cc will have a single disc front and rear brake. It will use dual-channel ABS (antilock braking system) as standard. Its suspension setup will include telescopic up front and twin shocks at the rear. For information, Hunter 350 will be designed on the brand new J platform, similar to RE.
To give it power, 349cc air-cooled engine will be used. Which is a fuel-injected engine to produce a power of about 20.2bhp and a torque of 27Nm. The new engine is believed to be more refined than the old 350cc engine. The company says that its new 350cc unit has a balancer shaft that reduces vibration substantially.
